Browsing and applications
You can browse jobs without creating a job-seeker account. Applications take place on external employer or recruitment sites, which have their own privacy practices. We do not collect résumés or job applications. Hosting providers process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the service.
Contact messages
The contact form collects your name, email address, topic, optional job link and message so the site owner can review and respond to your request. Messages are stored in the site database and are accessible through the owner-only Admin inbox. They are not published or automatically emailed. Do not include identity documents, résumés, financial details or other sensitive information. Contact messages are deleted from the active database after 90 days when the form or inbox is next accessed; the owner can delete them earlier. Provider logs or backups may have separate retention periods.
Newsletter launch requests
The signup form stores your email address, preferred language, consent wording and submission date for a launch notification. Addresses are private and have not been verified by email. No mailing service is connected yet. Requests are retained for up to 12 months and removed on the next signup or Admin list access after that period.
Job submissions and administration
Job submissions store the vacancy details you provide for review and possible publication. Published and archived job records may remain for reference until removed by the owner. Do not submit personal candidate information. Admin sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication; we store the authorized owner’s site-specific account identifier, not their password. A daily hashed IP identifier and submission counter help limit abuse and are cleared on a later submission after the day has passed.
Providers, cookies and advertising
The site is hosted through Sites using Cloudflare Workers and a Cloudflare D1 database. Service providers may process data outside your province or Canada; we do not promise Canadian-only storage. Our application does not currently install advertising or analytics trackers, and does not send newsletters yet. Platform authentication or security may use necessary cookies. If advertising, analytics or newsletters are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before activation.
