The role
Manage multi-residential construction in the GTA, including budgets, permits, consultant coordination, tendering, contracts and closeout. Projects include Whitby and Ajax.
Requirements
Residential construction and Ontario approvals experience. Relevant construction, engineering or architecture education, or equivalent practical experience. Travel between GTA sites required.
