The role
Lead risk management for major and megaprojects across mining, energy, chemicals and infrastructure. The role establishes integrated risk frameworks, facilitates qualitative and quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses, supports decision and value workshops, and advises project teams on technical and process risk. It also helps grow Hatch's global risk practice through procedures, training, client engagement and delivery leadership.
Requirements
Degree in engineering (process, chemical or related) or business; at least 12 years of combined relevant experience; knowledge of ISO 31000/31010 and recognized project-risk practices; experience with large projects, quantitative risk tools and facilitation. CRM, PMI-RMP, GARP, PMP or AACE credentials are desirable, while P.Eng., MBA or PhD qualifications are strong assets.
