The role
Aecon is hiring a contract project controls coordinator for the execution phase of the Darlington New Nuclear Project in Clarington, where an Aecon-led partnership with Kiewit Nuclear Canada is supporting construction of the Unit 1 small modular reactor. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, the coordinator helps establish cost-control systems, resource-loaded schedules, budgets, forecasts, baselines and project accounting; connects estimates to execution; monitors contract conditions, invoicing, reporting and change management; analyzes cost and schedule performance; and prepares dashboards and earned-value reports for management and the client.
Requirements
Requires 3 years of related construction project-controls experience and a college or university degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
