The role
Manage and provide senior highway engineering leadership for Ontario Ministry of Transportation and municipal road projects, including the Marten Falls Community Access Road. The position coordinates technical staff and client interfaces, reviews designs, specifications and reports, resolves complex engineering issues, manages design changes and extra work, supports contract administration and construction reporting, and mentors developing professionals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; Ontario P.Eng.; at least 15 years of highway engineering experience; strong knowledge of MTO standards, highway design and traffic engineering; project-management, design and contract-administration capability. Experience on MTO assignments and RAQS registration are assets.
