The role
Lead planning and scheduling for major infrastructure construction, partnering with project managers, directors and construction teams. The manager builds resource-loaded Level II and III schedules from construction work packages, analyses critical paths, earned value, performance and financial metrics, performs schedule-quality and quantitative risk analysis, supports change management and staffing plans, verifies field progress and guides schedulers and project-controls personnel.
Requirements
8+ years in a related role; post-secondary education in engineering or a related field is preferred; EPC project experience is an asset; strong project-planning, schedule, critical-path, earned-value and performance-analysis capability; self-motivation, participative management style, interpersonal credibility and ability to manage multiple priorities; excellent written and verbal communication.
