The role
Aecon Civil is hiring a project controls coordinator in Toronto to support complex civil programs such as roads, bridges, tunnels, transit, airports, ports and major site development. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, the coordinator supports estimates and proposals, SAP and P6 setup, cost systems, schedules, reporting, change orders and project accounting, while connecting the controls team with engineering and construction and preparing joint-venture communications.
Requirements
Three to five years of project-controls or related experience; post-secondary education in engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience; intermediate-to-expert Microsoft Excel skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure worksite environment; strong written and oral communication and attention to detail. SharePoint knowledge is an asset. A valid driver's licence, security clearance and background checks are required.
