The role
Lead development of capital-cost estimates across Hatch's FEL 1 through FEL 4 classifications for large multidisciplinary projects. The estimator defines estimate structure and deliverables, calculates direct and indirect field costs, aligns inputs with project schedules, applies estimating standards and project-lifecycle processes, models cash expenditure and escalation, supports gate reviews and project meetings, and maintains estimating databases.
Requirements
10 to 15 years in a first-principles estimating environment, ideally on large multidisciplinary EPCM or contracting projects and across several estimate classes; strong Microsoft Office and estimating-systems skills; site experience and practical knowledge of direct field labour and production rates. EPC/LSTK estimating, international estimating and commercial or contractual knowledge are preferred.
