The role
Develop and maintain integrated schedules for the Yonge North Subway Extension and provide schedule analysis to the multidisciplinary project team. The planner consolidates work scopes into the project plan, manages coding, calendars and resource libraries, forecasts labour, material and equipment needs, analyses construction productivity, prepares progress dashboards, monitors variance, float and key performance indicators, administers schedule changes and corrective actions, audits contractor schedules and supports integration of schedule, 3D model and cost data.
Requirements
Undergraduate engineering degree, preferably in civil engineering, or equivalent relevant experience; 7+ years of planning experience on major civil-infrastructure projects; demonstrated ability to plan, schedule and manage complex projects; expert knowledge of planning and scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and possibly TILOS; strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, ownership and accountability skills. Knowledge of SAP, Hard Dollar, Power BI and Synchro is an asset.
