The role
Support delivery of a heavy-civil infrastructure project in the GTA through both office and site work. The co-op student tracks productivity, costs and construction progress, prepares quantity take-offs, job-cost information and month-end inputs, monitors schedules, supports field personnel and helps prepare as-built and design drawings, engineering documents, bills of materials and construction and design estimates.
Requirements
Current enrolment in a university or technical-college diploma program in civil engineering or construction management; construction-industry experience is a strong asset; excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; strong organization and time management; ability to prioritize and multitask; adaptability to flexible schedules; valid driver’s licence and vehicle access preferred.
