The role
Develop and maintain integrated schedules for Aecon’s major civil portfolio of roads, bridges, tunnels, transit, airports, ports and large site-development projects. The planner integrates scope and resource data, analyzes productivity, float, variances and trends, establishes progress-measurement rules and schedule KPIs, forecasts impacts, audits contractor schedules, supports 5D integration and mentors project-controls staff.
Requirements
Undergraduate engineering degree, preferably civil engineering, or equivalent experience; 7–10 years of planning experience on major heavy-civil projects. Requires demonstrated ability to plan, schedule and manage complex projects, advanced Primavera P6 and TILOS knowledge, analytical problem solving, ownership and accountability. SAP, Hard Dollar, Power BI and Synchro knowledge are assets.
